Shipping & Returns

I take great pride in my work and want you to receive a carving that you love and appreciate. I carefully inspect each piece before shipping to ensure that it meets my exacting standards. Please note that my art often has areas intentionally left rough or textured.

If your piece arrives damaged, you may return it within 30 days for replacement, but you must first contact me and send photo documentation of the item, and of any damage to the packaging. Your purchase price covers that return postage.

I do not refund the purchase price or handling fees. However, if you inform me within 30 days that you are deeply unsatisfied with your new carving, I can replace it with one of similar size. You will need to return the first sculpture in satisfactory condition, at your expense. Please contact me before sending the work, so we can discuss the issue.

Returns should be carefully re-wrapped in the original packaging and sent by priority mail.
